Product, Innovation, Sales Enablement & Technical Training Mandatory for all partnering reps INNOVACON opens with mandatory Product Knowledge & Sales Enablement for sales reps and customer-facing teams — designed to build stronger product understanding and more confident sales conversations.
Sales reps should plan to stay through the close of November 10th, including our Appreciation Awards Dinner & Entertainment. This track runs concurrently with Technician Training, which continues through November 11th for service technicians.

Technician Training Mandatory for all technicians Technician Training runs November 9–11. This track covers unit preparation, installation, commissioning, programming, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and service best practices. (This track runs concurrently with Sales Enablement training).

1 What is INNOVACON?

INNOVACON is INNOVA's annual sales, product, and technical conference designed for reps, partners, installers, technical teams, leadership, and support teams.

2 When & where is the event?

INNOVACON will take place November 9–11, 2026 at the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre, in Dallas Texas.

3 Who should attend?

Sales reps, installers, technical team members, distributor partners, dealer partners, developers, field service teams, regional sales managers, operations leaders, managers sending team members, and partner companies responsible for installation or service.

4 Is this only technical training?

No. INNOVACON is a full conference experience that includes product knowledge, sales enablement, technical training, leadership presentations, partner sessions, networking, entertainment, awards, and premium swag.

5 Are hotel rooms covered?

Reps are eligible for up to 2 complimentary hotel rooms. Additional rooms may be requested, are subject to availability, and will be billed separately.

6 How is the event structured?

INNOVACON runs November 9–11. Sales reps attend November 9–10; technicians attend all three days, with the two tracks overlapping on November 10th.

7 What's your cancellation policy?
