Technician Training Mandatory for all technicians The conference continues with Technician Training, focused on unit preparation, installation, commissioning, programming, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and service best practices.
Sales and customer-facing teams are welcome to stay for Technician Training.

Hotel Accommodations INNOVA will provide up to 2 complimentary hotel rooms per rep/team. Additional rooms may be requested, but are subject to availability and will be billed separately. RSVPs received after September 10th are welcome; however, hotel accommodations are subject to availability. Complimentary and discounted room rates cannot be guaranteed after the RSVP deadline.

Cancellation Policy By submitting your RSVP by September 10th, 2026, you are confirming your intent to attend and authorizing INNOVA to reserve hotel accommodations on your behalf. Once hotel accommodations are reserved, attendees may be responsible for any applicable hotel charges if they do not attend, cancel, or reduce the number of rooms requested.

INNOVACON takes place November 9–11, 2026 in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The exact venue is being finalized and will be communicated to all registered attendees.

Sales reps, installers, technical team members, distributor partners, dealer partners, developers, field service teams, regional sales managers, operations leaders, managers sending team members, and partner companies responsible for installation or service.

No. INNOVACON is a full conference experience that includes product knowledge, sales enablement, technical training, leadership presentations, partner sessions, networking, entertainment, awards, and premium swag.

Reps are eligible for up to 2 complimentary hotel rooms. Additional rooms may be requested, are subject to availability, and will be billed separately.

INNOVACON begins with mandatory product knowledge and sales enablement training for sales reps and customer-facing teams. On the second day, the conference will transition to in-depth technical training covering unit preparation, installation, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
