HVAC Technician | In Warehouse Only

Ephoca is seeking a hands-on, highly reliable HVAC Technician / Warehouse Manager to support our Texas operations. This is an on-site role that combines day-to-day warehouse oversight with field-based HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair work.
This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth operational flow between inventory management, logistics, and field service execution. The ideal candidate is technically strong, organized, and comfortable balancing warehouse responsibilities with hands-on HVAC work as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring organization, safety, and efficiency.
  • Manage inventory of HVAC equipment, tools, parts, and materials.Coordinate inbound deliveries, outbound shipments, pickups, and material staging for field teams.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and track usage, restocking, and shortages.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, proper storage, and compliance with safety standards.

HVAC Technician Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and/or commercial settings.
  • Diagnose system issues and perform repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
  • Ensure all work complies with applicable safety codes and regulations.
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors, operations staff, and field teams regarding job status and technical issues.
  • Assist with emergency or priority service calls as needed to support operational demands.

Administrative, Compliance & Systems Management:

  • Ensure all service, installation, inventory, and operational data is accurately and promptly updated in company CRM systems and internal platforms.
  • Complete all required post-service and post-installation documentation in a timely and accurate manner, including work summaries, materials used, system details, and service notes.
  • Maintain organized, complete, and audit-ready records for warehouse operations, service activities, inventory movement, and field work.
  • Adhere to all company policies, operational protocols, safety standards, and documentation requirements without exception.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations related to HVAC work, warehouse operations, safety, and equipment handling.
  • Verify alignment between physical inventory, job execution, and system records, and promptly report discrepancies.
  • Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and operational checks by providing accurate documentation and records as requested.
  • Maintain proper documentation for tools, equipment, warranties, service history, and maintenance schedules.
  • Uphold data accuracy, confidentiality, and appropriate system usage when accessing or updating company records.
  • Perform general operational and administrative housekeeping as needed to support efficient, compliant, and well-documented operations.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
  • EPA Certification (required).
  • Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety practices.
  • Prior warehouse, inventory, or operations management experience preferred.
  • Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and work in varied environments.
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay range of $35 to $40 per hour, based on experience.
  • Full-time, on-site position.
