How to Find the Serial Number
Wall Mounted Units
The serial number label is usually located on the side or back of the unit. Look for a white or silver sticker showing "S/N" or "Serial" followed by letters and numbers.
Vertical Units
On vertical units, the serial number can be found on a label on the front or side panel. Check near the control panel or on the unit casing for the S/N designation.
