Dallas, here we come: INNOVACON 2026
For the first time, the whole INNOVA family is getting under one roof.
From November 9 to 11, our sales reps, technicians, and leadership team will gather in Dallas for INNOVACON, our inaugural annual sales, product, and technical conference. We’ve been looking forward to this one for a long time.
Our conference is divided into tracks. Sessions for our sales team will focus on Sales Enablement, and enhanced project knowledge. It’s way for our teams to understand the products they sell, how they work, where they fit, and how to confidently communicate their value.
Our technician training days will focus on in-depth training on installation, troubleshooting, and system performance. Technician training will end with a certification assessment.
INNOVA’s top performers will be recognized at an awards ceremony, and throughout the 3-day event there will be interactive product demos, a product expo and opportunities to meet with INNOVA leadership.
