Designed to strengthen product knowledge, sales confidence, and technical support skills, the program included sessions focused on INNOVA’s All-in-One units, field diagnostics, troubleshooting, error-code walk throughs, live repairs, and real-world case studies.

The training included a Sales & Unit Overview session, focused on INNOVA’s product story, system differentiators, unit anatomy, and practical guidance for getting the best performance from AIO™ equipment. The In-Depth Technical Training sessions included field diagnostics, troubleshooting, error-code walkthroughs, live repairs, common failure causes, and real-world case studies.

By working hands-on with live units, the Vancouver and Toronto teams gained practical tools to better understand, support, and service INNOVA equipment in the field. The training also marked an important step forward as the Canadian team continues building momentum around its new Vancouver Tech & Training Center.
