Achieving a truly grille-free façade on one of New York City’s newest 73-story skyscrapers required an HVAC solution that could disappear into the architecture without sacrificing performance or functionality. INNOVA’s All-in-One heat pumps integrate seamlessly into the tower’s design while delivering high-efficiency comfort. Developed by Sioni Group under the leadership of Damir Dan Sehic and Serdar Vardar, AIA the project demonstrates that exceptional design and performance can coexist—without visible grilles.
