At Boston’s Verra project, INNOVA’s AIO Vertical Stack Heat Pumps support a clean architectural envelope with fully electric heating, cooling, and balanced ventilation – without outdoor units or façade grilles – while meeting Boston’s Energy Stretch Code and Massachusetts ventilation requirements.

As an early large-scale adopter of the AIO Vertical Stack, we worked closely with INNOVA (formerly Ephoca) to achieve an efficient design and a grille-less façade.
